- Our Free Shipping service is available across the Australia on orders above AU$100.
- Orders are processed within 1–4 business days, and delivery usually occurs within 5–12 business days from dispatch.
- A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order is shipped.
- Orders placed after 4 PM (GMT) are treated as next-business-day orders.
5. Returns and Refunds
- We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
- To qualify, items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in their original condition.
- Opened or used products cannot be returned.
- We do not accept exchanges; customers must purchase the new product separately and return the original under our standard return process.
